PPC Account Manager (Cheshire)

Based at: Head Office: Adlington, Cheshire
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

Main Purpose of Job:

Responsible for defining, implementing and monitoring PPC campaigns across a number of our clients? web sites on a daily basis. This is a technical, hands on role, where you will be liaising with clients to achieve the required results as well as continual Optimisation of their campaign. Knowledge of Google Adwords is an absolute must, and knowledge or experience in using Microsoft Ad Center and/or Panama would be a distinct advantage. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in improving and maintaining clients? conversions through Paid Search.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting Client expectations & sales briefs to plan the project implementation for a client?s PPC Campaign
  • Analyse prospective clients? campaigns to build a PPC brief
  • Liaise with the client to problem solve and implement necessary changes to the campaign
  • Become an integral part of the PPC department and support the introduction of innovative proposals through supporting evidence and research
  • Communicate clients? status to the Management Team via regular client reports
  • Liaise with clients to ensure ROI is maximised
  • Improve conversion rates for clients
  • Work with analytics packages to enable ROI to be improved

Person Specification

Experience Essential Desirable
Google Adwords qualified or 1-2 years experience in PPC Account Management x
Degree qualified or equivalent, preferably analytical/marketing/business focus x
Bid management/ROI tracking implementation experience x
Experience of working in a marketing agency/background and appreciation of online marketing x
Experience of dealing with client budgets x
Skills
Able to communicate effectively via written media x
Able to interpret, discuss and visualize own ideas as well as other people?s to a high standard x
Capable of working to deadlines and thinking ahead without regular supervision x
Advanced EXCEL skills x
