Fire Training Academy

One of the reasons that I chose Just Search, in the first place, as the preferred supplier to the Fire Training Academy (FTA) was because whichever search engine that I used to search for SEO (both US and UK spellings) Just Search came in the top three in each of the search engines. I worked on the basis that if you are doing it for yourselves then you could do it for the Fire Training Academy.

On contact with Just search I spoke with Lee Machin, who was at the time in sales, he was excellent! Lee answered every question that I had then I went away and researched what he said and found that Lee knew exactly what he was talking about. Lee was extremely helpful and in fact an excellent salesperson! (I believe he is now a director and this is no surprise to me)

Then there was Ahmed Bhula who changed the coding and text on our site which produced almost immediate results. I have been in contact with Ahmed many times over the last year and he has been incredibly helpful especially with ideas for future progress for the FTA!

Once the development of the site was completed Kirsty O’Brien took over as the manager of my account….again another excellent communicator, very professional, courteous and very efficient at all times.

Last but by no means least there is Ashley Etchells and yourself Karl (Karl Hodgson). Ashley has responded very quickly to every one of my requests and has been genuinely helpful in any request (no matter how difficult my requests were) and has indeed represented the company in an excellent manner at all times. Finally Karl, who has continued to be very pleasant no matter how many times he has tried to contact me or even when I have not had any time to talk to him. He has acted with total respect and courtesy at all times and made me feel happy to renew my subscription with Just Search!

I have found every member of Just Search, who I have had contact with, to be excellent and it is not usual for this to happen in today’s society but as a company, you must be doing something right!

Finally, you may have realized by now that I have not yet talked about the results that Just Search have got for my company and only about the people in Just Search….. well, as far as results go, I have just renewed my subscription so that speaks volumes for the service that has been provided over the last year!!!! I need not say any more!
