The Client Support team is responsible for liaising with and managing all of Just Search’s clients. The Account Managers each manage a large portfolio of clients, liaising with them on a monthly basis and ensuring that each of the products they have purchased is delivered to their satisfaction and within budget. The team uses a custom built project management system and a quality management process to ensure the highest level of service for our clients
Main Purpose of Job:
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for ensuring a high quality level of customer service to existing clients, by providing consistent account management and reporting on the progress of clients’ web sites within the search engines. You will be responsible for ensuring all contractual arrangements with clients are satisfied and service level agreements are supported.
You will make outbound calls and deal with incoming calls from a specified list of clients, and resolve any problems or queries regarding the service.
