The Natural SEO Team is responsible for analysing prospective clients’ websites in order to recommend SEO strategies, as well as carrying out all the programming work on clients’ websites, ensuring the best possible visibility for the website within the main search engines. The team uses a custom built project management system and a quality management process to ensure the highest level of service for our clients.

Main Purpose of Job:

The SEO Programmer is responsible for defining, implementing and monitoring effective SEO strategies across a number of our clients’ web sites on a daily basis. This is a technical, hands on role, where you will be liaising with clients to achieve the required results as well as continual optimisation. Knowledge of HTML is an absolute must, as is knowledge of an additional language such as PHP or ASP. It is not necessary to have experience in search engine optimisation as long as you have an interest in the field and a willingness to learn, as full SEO training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse prospective clients’ websites to build an SEO brief
  • Interpret SEO & Sales briefs to plan and implement programming work on clients’ websites
  • Liaise with the client to problem solve and implement necessary changes to client’s website
  • Offer solutions and options for clients’ issues
  • Highlight failings in campaign results and make “corrections”
  • Become an integral part of the Programming department and support the introduction of innovative proposals through supporting evidence and research
  • Carry out department administration, research and intelligence gathering as instructed by management
  • Portray the company values at all times

Paid Search Business Development Manager (Cheshire) - March 4th, 2008

The Paid Search department manages the PPC accounts of a portfolio of clients ranging from SMEs to larger corporate clients, in a variety of industries. Just Search manages the PPC campaign of each client in order that the best possible return on investment can be gained.

Main Purpose of Job:

The Business Development Manager is required to grow the department in terms of client size and numbers, as well as overseeing the day to day running of the team and developing the capabilities of the Account Managers. The individual will therefore need to have extensive knowledge of paid search marketing as well as experience in developing new business and strong people management skills.

Key Responsibilities: New Business

  • Create new business for Just Search’s paid search products
  • Create and implement a market development strategy for paid search products
  • Plan and manage personal business portfolio according to the above
  • Achieve both personal and Company revenue targets
  • Generate leads and develop relationships with prospective clients
  • Work with PPC Account Managers to analyse websites to develop proposals and sales briefs for prospective customers
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business
  • Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed targets
  • Manage your own time in relation to current prospects and future leads
  • Monitor and report on market, competitor and personal activities and provide relevant reports and information.
  • Record, analyse, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
  • Attend and present at customer meetings / industry networking events where required

Management Responsibilities

  • Oversee the activities of a team of Account Managers, assessing the effectiveness of customer management
  • Act as a role model to the Paid search Team, ensuring that client accounts are managed to a high standard
  • Represent the Paid Search Team at Management Meetings.
  • Train, coach and develop the client management skills of the Paid Search Team
  • Carry out performance management activities in order to develop the skills and knowledge of the team, manage expectations and provide support in achieving specified targets.
  • Take an active involvement in the production and execution of standard employment practices.
  • Promote innovation within the team, interpreting and presenting team ideas at management meetings where appropriate.
  • Communicate on a regular basis with the CEO, HR Manager and Heads of Department to achieve the necessary smooth running of the team.
