Just Search currently has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketing and graphic design specialist to work alongside our Marketing Manager in creating and delivering marketing strategies (both online and offline) across all our European brands.

You will be involved in delivering innovative and commercial marketing activities across a range of media, including contribution to the ongoing design and maintenance of company websites, lead generation, branding, email communications, PR and organising/attending exhibitions. You will also be involved in building and maintaining social media campaigns.

The candidate

To be considered for this position you will need to have a marketing or other relevant degree or qualification, as well as some experience in a marketing or PR role, ideally within a similar or transferrable industry. You should have a good understanding of online marketing techniques, in particular an interest in social media, and strong commercial acumen.

You will also need graphic design skills using the Adobe Creative Suite – in particular Photoshop and Illustrator. (The ability to design in Flash and Adobe Premier would be advantageous but is not essential). In addition the role requires basic HTML and CSS skills (a knowledge of Dreamweaver would also be an advantage) and advanced Microsoft Excel.

We’re looking for an experienced SEO to join us to provide strategic and technical advice across our vast range of clients. You will be responsible for continually reviewing client’s SEO campaigns against their objectives and carrying out analysis to maximise campaign results.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about SEO and online marketing to join an industry leader and really make a difference to our clients’ marketing campaigns.

The SEO Consultant is responsible for providing a proactive and strategic SEO service to ensure campaigns perform effectively against client expectations, working alongside a team of Account Managers in monitoring SEO campaigns and providing regular feedback.

You will need to continually develop your own SEO knowledge in order that Clients receive an up to date and high quality service, and deliver ongoing coaching and training to Account Managers, Sales Consultants and colleagues in the technical teams.

The candidate

We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience in SEO (in a commercial, academic or personal capacity). You will need to demonstrate a proven track record in effectively optimising websites for the main search engines (if possible, please submit a portfolio with your application).

You must have expertise in web programming; HTML is essential but you will ideally also have experience in PHP, as well as a good working knowledge of knowledge of Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools.

A methodical approach to your work and a high level of organisation is essential as you will need to be able to deal with a number of conflicting priorities at any one time. Experience in supporting and developing others would be advantageous, as would knowledge of other areas of online marketing such as Social Media and PPC.
