PPC Account Manager (Cheshire) - April 22nd, 2008
Based at: Head Office: Adlington, Cheshire
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
Main Purpose of Job:
Responsible for defining, implementing and monitoring PPC campaigns across a number of our clients? web sites on a daily basis. This is a technical, hands on role, where you will be liaising with clients to achieve the required results as well as continual Optimisation of their campaign. Knowledge of Google Adwords is an absolute must, and knowledge or experience in using Microsoft Ad Center and/or Panama would be a distinct advantage. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in improving and maintaining clients? conversions through Paid Search.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting Client expectations & sales briefs to plan the project implementation for a client?s PPC Campaign
- Analyse prospective clients? campaigns to build a PPC brief
- Liaise with the client to problem solve and implement necessary changes to the campaign
- Become an integral part of the PPC department and support the introduction of innovative proposals through supporting evidence and research
- Communicate clients? status to the Management Team via regular client reports
- Liaise with clients to ensure ROI is maximised
- Improve conversion rates for clients
- Work with analytics packages to enable ROI to be improved

Main Purpose of Job:
To ensure a level of high quality customer service to existing clients, by providing consistent account management and reporting on the progress of clients? web sites within the search engines. To ensure all contractual arrangements with clients are satisfied and service level agreements are supported.
To make outbound calls and deal with incoming calls from a specified list of clients, and resolve any problems or queries regarding to service.
To promote sales of other Just Search products and services as part of the account management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, who may have purchased a number of Just Search products and services
- Liaise with specified clients to update them on the activities of their project & recommend a strategy for continuous improvement
- Plan and prioritise personal account management activities in order to achieve the above
- Be the main point of contact for your own clients
- Liaise with key internal personnel in order that the best possible service may be given to the client
- Ensure all queries regarding your accounts are dealt with in a prompt and effective manner
- Ensure all problems are dealt with quickly, accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all reports are sent and a follow up call is completed
- Call all your specified customers on a regular basis to discuss their web sites
- Develop and nurture new customer leads through analysis
- Develop knowledge of Just Search products and services to enable cross-selling and up-selling as appropriate
- Identify and highlight opportunities for additional services or products to existing clients
- Liaise with clients and 3rd parties to obtain required materials and resources in the development of a project
- Carry out maintenance checks on websites
- Respond to incoming emails, questions, reports etc
- Be responsible for your self development, seeking and attending learning and development opportunities where necessary
- Share best practice with colleagues to improve performance and efficiencies
