The Client Support team is responsible for liaising with and managing all of Just Search’s clients. The Senior Account Managers, Account Managers and Account Executives each manage a portfolio of clients, liaising with them on a monthly basis and ensuring that each of the products they have purchased is delivered to their satisfaction. The team uses a custom built project management system and a quality management process to ensure the highest level of service for our clients.

Main Purpose of Job:

As an Account Executive you will be responsible for ensuring a high quality level of customer service to a small portfolio of clients, by providing consistent account management and reporting on the progress of clients’ websites within the search engines. You will ensure all contractual arrangements with clients are satisfied and service level agreements are supported.

You will make outbound calls and deal with incoming calls from a specified list of clients, and resolve any problems or queries regarding the service.

In addition you will generate periodic campaign reports containing analytical and strategic online marketing data for your own and team members’ clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients and call them on a monthly basis to discuss their campaign
  • Understand the client campaign objectives from the client’s point of view
  • Carry out basic maintenance checks on websites
  • Liaise with specified clients to update them on the activities of their project & recommend a strategy for continuous improvement
  • Liaise with key internal personnel in order that the best possible service may be given to the client
  • Maintain an objective, professional approach to client complaints
  • Communicate client problems with the Senior Account Manager/Client Support Manager to ensure all queries regarding your accounts are dealt with in a prompt and effective manner

Renewals

  • Act as an integral part of the renewals process
  • Develop knowledge of Just Search products and services to enable effective campaign recommendations for clients
  • Manage your own client renewal process to optimise the number of client renewals.

Report Writing

  • Complete periodic reports for a specified group of clients, according to agreed templates and the client’s campaign objectives
  • Use analytical software and tools to collate and analyse data
  • Liaise with colleagues where required to discuss contents of reports

Self management

  • Plan and prioritise personal activities in order to achieve KPIs for each element of the job
  • Respond to incoming emails, questions, reports etc
  • Manage workflow and organisation across all duties and flag any issues
  • Ensure all reports for your clients are sent and a follow up call is completed
  • Develop a good knowledge of Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools
  • Be responsible for your self-development, seeking and attending learning and development opportunities where necessary
  • Keep up to date notes on the project management system

PPC Account Manager (Cheshire) This position has been filled

The PPC Department is responsible for managing PPC campaigns for client’s websites, through a variety of formats. The team uses a variety of different SEO systems with the priority to ensure the highest level of return on investment.

Main Purpose of Job:

The PPC Account Manager is responsible for defining, implementing and monitoring PPC campaigns across a number of our client’s websites on a daily basis. This is a technical, hands on role, where you will be liaising with clients to achieve the required results as well as a continual optimisation of their campaign. Knowledge of Google Adwords is an absolute must, as is a proven track record in improving and maintaining conversions through paid search.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting Client expectations & sales briefs to plan the project implementation for a client’s PPC Campaign
  • Liaise with clients to update them on activities of their projects and recommend a strategy for continuous improvement
  • Analyse prospective clients’ campaigns to build a PPC brief
  • Follow up new business leads
  • Discuss projects on monthly basis with clients
  • Liaise with clients to ensure ROI is maximised
  • Improve conversion rates
  • Work with analytics packages, building campaigns and optimising as required
  • Communicating clients status to the company via regular clients reports
  • Become an integral part of the PPC Department and support the introduction of innovative proposals through supporting evidence and research
