Can New Google Video’s Cutt the Mustard?
July 31, 2006Oh Mercy! Oh Lord! It seems that the Google SEO master himself has released a collection of videos on Google’s video service. Yes Matt Cutts has spent his spare time out of the office filming and uploading three videos covering a selection of SEO topics.
Video1 covers what he, and ultimately Google, deems as the quality’s for a good site. Paying attention to what the spiders look for.
Video2 is where he goes on a myth busting mission to show webmasters when they’re going in the wrong direction and what they can do to rectify the situation.
Video3 aims at proposing what is needed for actually optimising web-pages for the search engines. Mr Cutts covers some on advice on achieving a compromise between optimising for users and optimising for spiders.
Upon finishing the videos Cutts then went on to say that he would continue the series if they have a positive response from the masses. So get looking at them and hopefully he’ll do more of the things.
