Many web browsers support their own set of code and components, as well as those outlined as Standard or Valid HTML.
Whilst these components were written to add new and exciting features to websites, and in many cases do work with all leading browsers, they can provoke incompatibility issues, and therefore your pages may not display correctly, or at all, in incompatible browsers.
This can also provide problems in SEO, as if the search spiders don’t understand your platform specific code, they will not read it, and not count it as page content.
Where possible, it is advisable to write your pages to comply with World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Standards.

Blogging software is a simple to use CMS system which easily adds new content to your site. They are naturally search engine friendly as they are text-rich and are frequently updated.
These Blogs are generally written to their own specific page ie: www.yourdomain.co.uk/blog.
A good idea is to implement an RSS feed into your home page, which incorporates the last few entries of your Blog. This helps ensure that your home page content is regularly updated. This is a major benefit in your optimisation efforts as your home page is the first page that search engine spiders will read.
Here at just search we can incorporate this RSS feed for you.
